nut is under the shift boot, if your S4 doesnt have it then someone

forgot to put it back.



cant confirm the existance of one on a S5





its a nut, not a screw, its almost round with only 2 sides that

you can put a wrench on and its nice and shiny chrome.

a friend with s5 experience informs me that the s5's don't have a jam nut, he cursed the 'update' and said it's a pain to get the **** off when the lever is out of the car as a result... something about blocks of wood and a vice around the ball? heheh
