The other day I got my hands on a set of used racingbeat swaybars. I measured the adjustable links and they were the same as the stock ones. I jacked the car up took off the wheels and bolted every thing up but when I lowered it the rear sat REALLY HIGH, i think the links are whats holding up the rear of the car so I lifted it back up. What gives? Do I need to attach the links with the tires on and the car on the ground so the suspension is loaded?????? im confused the bars are off an 87TII and my car is an 88GTU dont think it should matter though since RB website just says 87-91 Please help!!!!!!

I didn't have a problem. I didn't load the sway bars as I put them on, I jacked them up w/o the tires on and set it back down, its fine...
