Racing Spark Plugs
NGK SD 10A
NGK SD 11A
I ended up with boxes of these. I know these are for rotary engines only, but have no idea as to what mods are needed to run these. They seem to be discontinued from NGK and crossreference shows these thru DENSO going for about 32 bucks a pop. This sound about right to anyone? I think they are for 2nd gen or 3rd cuz they have an L on one and T on others. Anyone know anything bout these plugs. I was planning on putting a couple boxes on ebay but know little about them. They look like the Racing Peripheral Engine plugs.

They are not racing spark plugs.
I believe they are stock spark plugs for older rotary engines.

IIRC those were the first plugs that came with the TII's.I remember someone telling me once they were replaced by Mazda with the "BUR" plugs because there were cases where the cermic in the plugs cracked and broke loose, I'm not sure if that was true or just B.S.. I guess if you look at the 2 designs the later "BUR" plugs have 4 prongs that would make it retain the ceramic if it broke.Again ,I don't know if that is true or not.

as i understand it the 4 cuts in the newer plugs are so fuel can drain out.
