i'm trying to convince my brother to buy a 3" downpipe and test pipe.

it would help if i knew some prices/good brands and where to buy(good prices/ get the part in less than a month, etc...)

having a muffler shop ghetto rig up some pipes is out of the question.

i may buy these things for him for christmas(the gift of whp )

You go to the right shop, it will be FAR from ghetto rigged. Might I suggest KOOKS Custom Headers on Long Island? Worth the trip and they make whatever you want the way you want. A job like the one you need is nothing to them. And you can drop the car off and pick up the same day or the next if its better for you, they do some outstanding work.
