hey all whats up?? just wondering how many of u out there are running the FD PFC on there FC's???



i have it on mine right now, but for some reason its not firing the ignition system....not wure where the problemis but i gotta get the sand out of my vag. and go outside in teh cold and look things over!!

 

did u add the extra ignitor to the trailing coil b/c the fc lacks the ablity to to switch by itself

 

im running it. love it.



as jwteknix stated, did you modify the trailing coil? corectly?



theres another way to do it with an FD ignitier. check Banzai's site. they have directions to do both ways.

 

yeah i already modified the coil and to my knowlage correctly, i have been meaning to reprint of the directions since i lost mine lol and check it over!

 

Well, turns out it was as i thought!! i jacked something up on the coil modifacation!! i forgot about it but while i was going through my papers looking for the directions i found my little note i left myself reminding me that i accidently cut off the wrong 2 wire connector and since both wires are brown there was a possibility i hooked it up backwards not knowing....welll yeah, i hooked them up backwards not knowing!! lol so yeah i got her to spark but still not starting up....guessing i gotta fudge with the timing a bi though so ill see what i can do with that!!

 

check your 3 bar MAP sensor reading. i went through 3 before i got one that works. after that mine started right away. the base map that Banzai gives is a great starting point.
