I have been looking for one of the engine stand adapters for the rotary and I was wondering where I could find one. I did see one on Mazdatrix for around 90$, just wondering if there were any others. I don't have access to a welder so I can't make my own. Thanks

Well my engine is ready to go so as soon as I could get one probably. I was thinking about not even using one though. Couldn't I just bolt it up to the tranny mounts and take it off like that? I thought I saw something where you could unbolt the arms and then bolt the plate to what I think was the a/c mounts or something. I will keep my eyes open on Ebay, Thanks.

So your rear rotor is really gone for good. Have you tried the ATF trick or you really have a broken apex seal? As for the engine stand I would recommend to get one, it's really easier to work around the engine. :thumbs-up:

I never tried the ATF trick. I already bought all my goods for the rebuild and, well, I REALLY want to rebuild it anyways. :bigok: Now if the housings are in good shape I can have it ported and have some fun with it. I already have an engine stand, I was just looking for one of those adapters like the one Mazdatrix sells. I can still mount the engine horizontally right? The adapter just flips the engine sideways so you can flip it up vertically and un-sandwich easier right? Thanks >>>>>>>"does secret handshake making two triangular rotors"
