Hey guys, didn't really know where to put this. I was wondering if you could powder coat the outside the engine with high temp powder? If so, how would it hold up compared to high temp paint?

I was under the impression that powder coating didn't hold up well in high temps. It changes color, i think your biggest concerns would be near exhaust areas.

Your best option is to go with a flat black coating with good thermal conduction properties as it removes heat from the motor in the most efficient manner. Other colors and finishes can reflect energy back and cause heat dissipation issues. But that's just my opinion, and there are many out there.
