But for under $500 thats a steal, its probably just flooded as Dave mentioned.

tell him to drop the price to $300 since he lied about the year. ask him if he even knows what year it is. if he doubts, the call his bluff, and stand firm at $300.



then mention it probably is base model without power anything, so again stand firm at $300

I've always wanted to see the look on a seller's face when someone buys a "broken" RX-7 for cheap, then unfloods it and drives it away!

Yeah, that would sure make his day. I wouldn't have the heart to humiliate someone like that. I'd call AAA . . . I mean, why add insult to someone's injury?

Take the car's VIN # from the chassis, inside the engine bay, left side of firewall , and cross referene the year at carfax.com. At least that is something you can do free if you want to verify year.
