S5 Turbo & Manifold $150

550cc Injectors $100

IDA Manifold $100

50mm Throttles $600

Microtech $900

2 FC Intercoolers $60

BOV $200

Bigger Rad $300

Intercooler Piping $150

Tranny $400

Diff $150

Driveshaft $100

Axels $100

Fuel Pump $130

Does this seem low to anyone, or am I missing things?

I realize that I didn't include like fittings and what not, and things that I will have to fabricate, but I think I got just about everything that I would need.

Well I've never done this, but I don't think you would need a bigger radiator unless yours was faulty. To as far as I know the stock radiator should work just fine. I would probably just go with a single front mount instead of using two TII intercoolers. Just seems like it would be easier to me. Don't forget about your oil feed and return lines.

Just swap in a J-spec, ECU, and harness.

I am already going with a Microtech, and IDA manifold so I figured I will just use those. I also want the 9.4 rotors so that I will have better off boost power, cuz this car won't be at the strip, but will see time on the track. I am also going to weld the stock intercoolers together and make and H-mount like this, or jsut get and NPR intercooler. http://www.rx7club.com/forum/attachment.ph...&postid=1368046

And I am shooting for around 300hp, and figured that eventually this car will need a bigger rad down the road (after a bigger turbo and what not) and might as well not have to make the custom rad mounts twice.

300 hp and you're keeping the 9.4 rotors in there? Now someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think thats very feasable since most of the upper HP numbers come from the elevated levels of boost. If this car isn't going to be a track car you won't want to run more than 10 lbs of boost (if that even), which won't get you close to 300 hp. Turboing an NA just scares me... its just an accident waiting to happen.

I figured that 300hp at the crank wouldn't be all that hard. I guess that I 260-270 at the wheels, hell I would probably be happy with around 250.

And I also meant to add 720cc injectors.

I turboed my 6 port engine. I did it with:

Apexi S-afc $260.00

Custom Exhaust manifold $350.00

T04E Turbo $300.00

Big NPR Intercooler $200.00

HKS Super Sequential BOV $180.00

Intercooler Piping $150.00

Turbonetics racegate $325.00

550cc injectors $free

Turbo II complete intake manifold $free

walbro fuel pump $95.00

I run 12psi of boost and i havnt had any problems at all with it. Ill post some dyno sheets after i go down on friday so you could see what hp numbers im getting.

im guessing around 300 hp to the wheels hopefully. but ill post up some dyno sheets so everyone could see. and its a really big change going from about 100hp to the wheels to around 300hp. makes it a whole lot funer to drive
