Congrats on the buy. But you are a sucker. You just paid almost a grand for a ******* cat-back. For that money you could have had RB full exhaust. I hope you enjoy knowing you paid about $600 just for the GReddy name.
Don't be a h8tr.

Hey now,

Don't **** on my cornflakes alright. I don't give a **** what I paid for it. I liked the looks and I like what some other folks said about it who have it.

I don't care what name was on it, I went by referrals from people I know who have this product or others like it from the company.

So yeah, don't be a hater.

I'm not being a "hater" I'm just saying that I find it funny that you paid a grand for a cat-back. You hardly gain any horsepower by replacing your cat-back. And I find it funny that your cat-back is worth more than your car.

I've got a air pump/supercharger I'll sell you for $400.

Yeah and I paid over $2500.00 for the rebuild which at the time was worth way more than a non-running 87 RX7 but I still paid the money.

If I had that mentality of only buying things for the car that were cheap then I could possibly still have a dead RX-7, kinda like your A.E. Which also lists a Greddy FMIC in your signature so you must have paid for the name also.

I paid $1600.00 for wheels and tires also. Maybe I should have not paid the money (using your analogy that the car is worth less than that) and just ran on the brake rotors.

Maybe I am stupid. Maybe I will take that air pump/supercharger off your hands.

Yes I do own a GReddy product, and yes, unfortunately, I did have to pay for the GReddy name. But, like TurboII said, it is a very good investment. I gained more than 5 hp by doing the mod. And if you look for FMIC kits for the FC, the only readily available kits in the US are the HKS, and the GReddy. I went with the GReddy because it was $800 less than the HKS. If you are happy with your purchase then so be it. I was just voicing my opinion on the price you paid for your exhaust. I guess if I'm going to spend $900 on my car I had better gain more than 5 hp. But I guess some people just don't care about that.
