Oooh this is fun..
So, on top of my engine to the left of the primary injectors there is a small dimple in between the LIM and the block, well down inside the dimple if you feel about there is a small passage. Coolant is comming out of my LIM...apparently....until I know more thats my best guess.
What is this little hole for? And why is it there?

There are o-rings in between the block and the lower intake manifold that seal a coolant passage. Those o-rings are toast, and why you keep having coolant seep up to the top. Buy a new lower manifold gasket, o-rings and replace them all. Not the most enjoyable job in the world, but not hard to do.
Yeah, i made a few discoveries along the way, one being that all my exhaust manifold bolts were finger tight, and while im down there, the stock DP is going, the o2 sensor that was in the stock DP, well it was solid rust. Its not an enjoyable task, but its not too bad, just slow going, and tedious...
That could also be the pictured coolant nipple leaking. I see you don't have an OEM clamp on it. If it is the O-rings, then you will mostly likely see coolant on your spark plugs, exhaust system, o2 sensor etc. And your lim gasket will look awfully bad, like this:
