So next time you go to start up your car...look at where you put the key in. The silver plate that has the "ON, ACC, etc" engraved on it. See how it kind of chamfers out...kinda of like a subtle dome...(at least on S5's I know it does)





buuut, on ANY japanese FC i've seen that silver plate chamfers inward. unfortunately I have no "real" proof...but after looking at hundreds of pictures of yahoo classifieds japan over the past year, i'm convinced it goes inward.



This was the only pic I could find for now. Of course when I really need a good shot there's none to be found on yahoo, lol







so anyone know?

yeah, phins is right that looks like a 1st gen one. how much you wanna bet that the jdm car you dont have to push the key in to get it out, so annoying

My Aussie S4's keyhole slopes inwards like the Jspec ones, probably because our cars are basically Jspec. And no, I don't have to push the key in to get it out, it just comes out
