Plugs have oil is probably oil control rings worn out, rebuilding only possible way to fix. Or OMP putting out too much oil. As long as the car starts fine and you keep with the oil dont worry about it till it stops working. Don't touch the tension bolts.
what would an oil control ring look like and replacing this will involve the whole engine being taken out right? sorry im kind of a noobie on ths one. im just starting to learn about cars.
