Does anybody know if cutting the oil lines to the nozzles and removing the vacuum lines can cause vacuum leaks?

just to it right take the manifolds off, and put 14mm bolts in there and you should be alright

Well how long do they have to be and should threadlock be used? I have been trying to figure the size of bolt to use for like 3 months.

shorter the better i would use locktite, just in case you ever want to go back to OMP or you sell the motor, some people jbweld the bolts in
