oil metering block-off

ok question, i blocked off my oil metering pump cuz i didnt wanna deal with replacing my metering lines. i know im gonna need to run an oil/gas mix in the tank, but what oil am i supposed to use? 2 stroke cycle gas? and whats the mixture ratio? help me out here

The TCW-3 grade is essential. Don't just use 2-cycle oil made for weed whackers. The TCW-3 stuff is made to be run through fuel injection systems. If you can't find it anywhere, just try your local boat store. A lot of boat engines run the stuff.

No problem man at least you said you are sorry ! that DSM of mine is pertty reliable as they come and dont waste gas for **** I have a 2000 Explorer and 2 rx's and becuase of gas i drive the laser to and from work which is close to 100 miles round trip a day that is 36,500 miles a year divided bye 28 mpg that is 1304 gallons of gas a year at $3.17 thats $4133.68 a year in gas damn ! ! ! !

I think anything more than 100:1 is excessive. I always ran 128:1 (1 oz per gallon), and the inside of my engine looked brand new after 20k miles.
