Does anyone have any advice or suggest a special tool to get the O2 sensor off and replaced without removing anything on the engine except maybe the intake pipe. Where it is at is really awkward to get any wrench down there and a socket won't work becuase it has the wire on the end.

you need an o2 sensor socket. you shouldnt have to take anything off to change it, you may need extensions though, i dont remember.

This is one version. It was about $20 at the local chain store. I use a 12" ext. & breaker bar.

There is another I've seen that is basically a thick box end crowsfoot type deal.
