thats the problem for sure then

thats usually how it goes huh...

but, i did make that pressure tester last night. didnt cost me anything. i already had a cap for a 2.5 inch tubing. and thats what my intake is. so i just tapped the rubber cap with a fitting and used this seal all stuff to make sure there would be no leaks. took off the flow meter and put the cap on there. and in the morning i put pressure in the system and then sprayed soapy water everywhere. found two small leaks on one of the block off plates. fixed that. but the problems remains. and i could hear air leaking still. so i sprayed the soapy water on the seconday injectors (sound was coming under the manifold) and seen bubbles coming from where they injectors meet the intake manifold. so now im not sure if i need to replaces the seals for the injectors, or if where you bolt the fuel rail down (the little tabs) might be bent up a little not letting it tighten the injectors down all the way...

i'll try bending the fuel rail tabs a little first. they seemed a little off to me anyways the last time i looked at them... i hate taking the manifold off and on and cleaning the silicone everytime. i did it already about 20 times in the last week trying to fix this problem... its getting REAL old.

i dont think there is a diffuser for the injectors in the manifold. i think the diffusers were only for the primary injectors in the block? i might be wrong though...

the secondarys were the ones leaking from what i could see. so if there is no diffusers, then the lower grommets are what keep them sealed right?

there are diffusers, and the o rings on those are the main vacuum seal, the lower injector grommet too, but not as much

where would i buy those? directly from Mazda?

atkins sell all the grommets and o-rings (except for the diffuser ones) for $28. maybe just a random 0-ring from an auto store would work...

I bought two from the dealer, took about a week to ship.

You can also buy them from Mazdatrix

Mazdatrix calls them "air bleeds", the dealer calls them "air sockets"

http://www.mazdatrix.com/c-6.htm

I was able to buy the o-ring and grommet kits from Advance Auto Parts for $7 per injector
