Actually NOS is good from what I've heard for the seven..I have no experience with the Venom. Anyways...whats the mileage on your motor? Current mods? Etc...these all play a factor..

WELL IM ABOUT TO GET AN EXHAUST PUT ON DONT REALLY KNOW WHICH ONE TO GET THO. AND IM GETTIN MY INTAKE NEXT WEEK. YALL SUGGESTED BIGGER INJECTORS, LARGER FUEL PUMP, AND WHAT ELSE WILL I NEED. SO IF I RUN A 75 SHOT IT SHOULDNT HURT IT HUH? MY MILAGE IS 178,000. WOULD I NEED ANY COMPUTER WORK DONE . AND SHOULD I INSTALL ONE OF THOSE IGNITION MODULES(MSD, JACOBS, ETC...) YALL HELP ME OUT!

You have over 170K in your motor!!!!??? No NOS! lol...I wouldn't worry about NOS until you get your motor rebuilt at this point. If and when you rebuild the motor, build it according to what you want. If you want 75 shot of NOS a simple rebuild and maybe a little porting would be a great combination. If you want, you could put 175 shot through, but you'll need to put stronger seals and such in. At over 150K miles on any original motor, I'd be worried about reliability and not performance...thats just me though.
