Do you know the previous history of the car?

Personally I would go get the S4 wiring diagram (it's online everywhere, just search). Go pin to pin and verify that all your wires have continuity and were not randomly re-wired or spliced to do weird things by the previous owner. The fact that you pulled all the fuses out and the fuel pump continued to run worries me.

Like I said, I did rewire the fuel pump and it works properly now. I ran new wires from the fuel pump relay which comes on when its supposed to, I checked with a test light.

It does look like it was owned by a teen before me (judging by the crappy spray paint in the interior and overspray everywhere). Most of the wiring seems right, though I know theres a few sensors that need replaced, but I can always steal those from my other RX7.

Are you testing for spark a reliable way?

Also, check the engine to firewall ground.

Where is the engine to firewall ground?
