My car starts up really bad in the morning and when I let it sit for a while. I dont have cold start on there but before it used to start up great without it even in the cold. Now for some reason I dont have fuel pressure in the fuel lines when I take them off. Before it used to spray out when I took off fuel rail now there is nothing but air in there. So when I start it up after it sits it takes a while to crank to get the gas in there and then it dies right away since the gas is going through the rail with a lot of air still in there. So I cant find the problem and thought maybe you guys could help me out.

maybe the fuel pressure regulator? there is also a check valve in the fuel pump, and it could be the injectors
