I have an 86 GXL NA and it was park for several years so I replaced the usual stuff under the hood from spark plugs, vac lines, to fuel pump and still running weak so I did check a compression check on bough rotors and I got tree bounces consecutive and over 89 psi from this point on I am stuck I will appreciated any help

Along with the fuel pump that you replaced... Did you replace the old fuel, fuel sock on the pump, and fuel filter? It is very possible that your fuel injectors are stuck.

Have you confirmed whether or not you're even getting fuel, spark, etc...?

 

Fuel filter, fuel injector, fuel lines... also, check the TPS.
