New issue please help
I was under the hood about 2 minutes ago and noticed the tensioner was kinda loose and making the belt loose. So i turn it off grab my trust socket set walk out toss the socket on it and pop.... the bolt snaps between the brace and the part it threads through... So i gotta order a new 1 go through mazda? or just go to the local hardware?

did u get the broken part out ?
just mach the tread , take from some other car or go to a local shop they have 1 laying somewhere
Thats the first part now i got the head of the bolt and maybe half an inch of the bolt the rest is still in the tensioner part how should i get it out? its got a lil rust on the bolt itself so i figure the threads are basiclly welded togather aluminum and metal.... YAAYYY Maybe just break away and vice grips?
happened to me too, but there was enough to grab onto with pliars and get the section in the tensioner out. Just took it to a hardware store and found the longest bolt that would go in it.
Hmm well i can grab the remains of the bolt with the pliars but i can only twist a very little bit. So im likin your idea j9 i think ill go ahead and do that, i can get it out but it was takin to long so i stopped.
Thanks for all the ideas guys i really appreciate the input
