hey i just a 86 GXL for FREE (ino im a lucky basted) and i have a choice between a 13b and a 13bt im still 50/50

what should i go with?

You get to pick an engine to go in it and you want to know which one?

If you have any mechanical ability i would say go with the 13bt, because even if you dont want a turbocharged car, 4 port n/a's are better for mods. You could rebuild it with high compression rotors or something. Besides the 13bt engines are worth more.
