Found `90 Tii for $1,500. it has a bad water pump. How hard is it to change.

 

at that price it has a lot of other bad parts

 

If it has a bad waterpump and only costs 1.5k Im guessing it had a bad waterpump and was driven anyway meaning it needs a rebuild at least. I bet its fried

 

OR it could just be someone that doesn't know how to work on it... maybe a leaking W/P seal and someone that can't fix it... I've bought similar cars before.... good luck with it.

Replacing the water pump is a breeze, 1 hour tops
