New Afms Or Mafs Or Whatever

As long as the volatge range is the same, any one would work as long as you re-pin it the correct way. Usually you have a 12V+, a 5V+ ref., a V-, and I think there are 2 signals, one being a completely shut, and one being a variable range.
If the range is different, you would need to change that by amplifiying the signal, or weakening it. I cant remember the range on the stock one. Last time I played with it was when I made my MAP to AFM converter. Its a decreasing signal (the farther the flap opens, the voltage decreases). I believe the range would be 2 to .5 or something like that. Its really easy to find out the voltage when you have a SAFC.

the v6 probes have a larger one.
there is a 2 pin temp sensor, then a 5v power, ground and then the signal.
the range on an fc is 5v-0v, 5 being closed, idle is like 2.25ish and fully open is sometimes negative
