Your car should have 200 HP stock. An open air filter usually gives about 10 HP. The results of a good FMIC vary.

I put out about 200 to the wheels. I have a big greddy front mount but I still use a stock gtx turbo and motor. The stock turbo can't keep up with the new challenge at upper rpms. These runs were made with out boost controller so the boost will start at 5 psi but will creep up to 7 psi at the end. If i had the controller enable I should of had more with a steady 7psi. I also have the haltech tune witha conservative timing and fuel.

FMICs usually add 15/20HP and the cone filter will give about 6/10. You should look into freeing up the exhaust too, get a FCD and run about 11psi...that'll be your best bet for the nicest gain for the $$$

With the exhaust, FMIC, intake, boost controller, FCD, and a fuel computer wouldn't be a bad idea either you should make 250 or more HP. Racing beat claims 59HP gain from their exhaust alone...
