You are making the RIGHT move by going the Haltech route

Yeah I justed convinced my wife to let me do it. I was really suprised because she said that she was thinking about letting me do this earlier. I was like sweet she's onboard. All I have to do now is get the parts and help Steve install them. Does anybody know what particular coil MSD makes that works with our cars? I was thinking the blaster SS and a MSD 6A ignition controller would be good. I'm also deffinately going Haltech E6K, but I need to know what else I'll need besides the flying lead kit. 3bar map? fully terminated harness? connector kit? Please let me know if these things are correct and if I left anything out. Thanks guys.

Might want to consider Microtech LTX-8, cheaper, most of the features of the Haltech

Do know of a website that offers them? Steve may give me a cheaper price on the Haltech for helping him with some stuff at his shop and doing some other things, though. If the microtech is just as good and Steve can get one and tune it for less then we might go that route.

990$ for the AFM? holy crap! You can buy one remanufactured for 199.95. I don't know much about Haltechs but I think it is money well spent.

this is why i'ld rather never take my car to a dealership unless i absolutly have to.. amazing the prices and labor fee's they charge.. that's just ridiculous.. if you think about it.. 2200.. that's damn near half to a third the value of the car..
