Default Need help with diagnosis

I have a 1987 Rx7 nonturbo that will not start. When I bought it from the guy the only problems we saw was that the alternator belt had ripped, so we replace the belt and the alternator. Later along the line we also replaced fuels injectors. I had my friend over and check on some things like the spark plugs and compression he said that my apex seals are probably bad, but I want to make sure the timing isnít wrong or something before I pull the engine out. Iíll give more details if needed

Welcome to forum. Do a compression test first .If compression is good. and spark and fuel system is ok ,Squirt some oil in plug holes to up compression and it should start
