Halo.. anyone knows how to disable stock alarm ??

hit it with a hammer. Mine doesnt work and I wish it did, having a vert. Ill trade ya!

Its located behind the glovebox, I think it should be as simple as finding it and unplugging it.

I'm going to have to do the same thing. Mine has a tendency to go off completely on its own without any provocation -- usually about 2 in the morning when everyone is trying to sleep and the car is inside a locked garage... What a POS... Time for me to consider an aftermarket alarm, huh?



Knowing my luck, the stupid alarm wouldn't work if anyone actually tried to break in to my car. Of course, we all know that the non-functional stock CD player I have is worth MAJOR scratch (not!)...
