OK, here is what happened. I was going to put my car on the road last week, but I needed a new LIM gasket. So it came today, and I put it on the car. I put the car all back together, and went to fire it up, and heres what happened:

-the car started up fine, reved to 3K rpm and died

-It did this three more times when I tried it

Does anyone know what this could be? I am staring to panic. Please help me.

I also checked the vacuum lines, and there does not seem to be any off. The only things that I unclipped were the TPS, and the BAC.

If you touch the gas pedal, it half-*** runs, but wants to die out. I have no clue to what this problem is. I am now SOL because I took my other car off the road, and now this one does not want to run. Please help if you can.

I am going to check the FSM and follow the vacuum diagrams on it, because that is the only thing that I can thing of that is the problem. But if anyone else thinks it is something different, please say so. Thanks again.

The AFM was not unplugged. That was my first guess. I did not re-set my TPS, because tha car ran fine at 2:30pm where I parked it in the garage. It has to be vacuum lines. I am going to get mew lines tomorrow and replace them all so that I can cancel that out. If the new gasket does not seal corectly around the LIM< would that cause this problem? I might have to go and re-do the process all over tomorrow. Thanks.

Of course it would. If the gasket does not seal it would be like a huge vac leak.
