Theres a good writeup on interpreting compressor maps Here. I set up an excell spreadsheet for getting all of the necissary numbers. Its a lot easier than figuring out each point by hand.

Yes rebuilt by me with my routine mods all motors receive prior to the new updates of coatings they all receive now. It was a S4 NA motor na rotors and all. He is running a SAFC with 7 degrees of retard. He was to broke after to get a standalone so I am waiting on that but he still drives the **** out of it.


so the guy you built the motor for is running an s4 turboII or n/a ecu? and other then the safc what other mods are done to the car?

Oh sorry. N338 ECU I put in it. TID, exhaust, emissions gone, my internal work, guages, boost contorller.

so its running an 88 convertible ECU and not a TII one? wouldnt that ecu have problems handling boost?

Not the N338 it can interpret boost and handle 550cc.
