i have a 87 gxl and i was wondering if anybody would have or if anyone knew anyone that had a turbo kit for my car....please email me if you do.... nonstopwordplay@aol.com......

the kit is complete, with engine, tranny, drivetrain, body and interior. Turn key! And its only 2-3k. They sell them on www.autotrader.com and www.ebay.com.

turbo 2's in my area 2-3k....ha...if you find one that cheap let me know.....

where do you live? theres a few on ebay. And 3 or 4 in the bay area for sale.

they don't make turbo kits, you have to drop a turbo motor/drivetrain/computer wiring/senors etc into your gxl.

yeah those are rare though in some areas, but that would be the best route, some of us just take the hard route

If you do convert it, do it right! I figured I could get away without changing any of the driveline, and built the manifold you see in the avatar to use a stock S5 turbo on my '91 NA. In very little time I had a clutch that slipped bad when still cold under boost, destroyed a tranny, cracked a diff in two, and finally popped a water seal since the compression was too high. Here is a pic of the diff to ponder...
