I have some constructive critisism: You used ERW Exhaust tubing (Correct me if I'm mistaken), ERW does not hold up well to extreme heat.

What gas are you using in your MIG? I use 75/25, it is a slightly cooler gas giving a better weld quality on mild steel. What welder are you using? What size wire? If you are using flux-cored wire with no gas, I would grind it all awaya and start over . Your concept appears marvelous!. You might want to consider getting some DOM 321 stainless fittings from Mcmaster carr and some 390L wire to make the real thing!

Looks good. Im only concerned about one thing, the wastegate pipe location. From the looks of it your going to have some prolbems controlling boost. Exhaust gases dont like to make 180 deg turns.
I noticed that too but other than that thats a sweet manifold.
