I had this lip on my coupe, then on my vert. It was kind of ugly looking from some previous repairs which were there when I bought it.

I removed it and have smoothed it out, I slightly changed some things on it, this is some high build primer, im going to sand that smooth, then spray black gelcoat on the part. Sand and polish that and make a mold and pull a few extra lips for some locals.

Some call it a demonspeed lip, but the guy I got the car from called it a Mike Lamonica lip, which was a forum member who used to make them.

I like it. I'm in Jersey once a year. Save me one.

Also, what front bumper is that on the 'vert?

I will make a few and see if any sell

Meanwhile I test fit it quick on my s4 bumper. When using the existing holes in the lip it leaves it too far forward. Im going to go ahead and make my mold from the lip as-is.

When I pull the plug from the mold I am going to modify it so that it fits on my s4 bumper. I believe with re-drilling some holes and moving it back I only have to alter the lip in 2 places which should be really simple. Then I will test fit it and maybe make another mold.

I got both sides glassed up, wont get back on this until Monday, I did this so that the end can be trimmed to where it needs to go, it was a little short from the fender line so now the end installer can trim it to where it needs to be

This picture courtesy of another forum member, shows it on a S4

I like it on a s4, the ones that are still around for them look like junk.

I would try that but I am not very talented with fiberglass.

How much are you thinking for a finished product, in primer?
