only two bolts holding the bumper on.....just a mock up to see how it will all fit...

Anyhow here are some more pics...some are ghetto but at least you guys get an idea. As far as the bumper goes I put the light housing shapes in. I cut out peices from foam backed paperboard from wal mart and then poured urethane foam in behind it and once it cured I sanded the excess away. I need to finish the shapes, cover it in glass and then let the final bondoing begin.
