Autoloc makes great stuff for the shaved door handel kits. That is where i am getting mine from when i get the money and i like the idea of removeing the molding and filling it in. I too think it looks better that way

Yea, this guy Greg here in Va works for a small "Home" based body shop and I sold him my old motor for $100 so he's gonna hook me up w/ all the body work on my car. I'm gonna shave the handles, fill the molding, do the "pop" switch, I'm debating doing the suicide doors, and I havent decided on paint yet...I'm either gonna go w/ mercedes silver in the front to fade back into harbor blue(factory 2nd gen color)...or paint the entire car Yamaha YZF blue....I'll see where I'm at when it comes to that....

R1 blue is too played out....too similar to the civic blue, and the Nissan sentras and ****....

not just cause i have it, but if you can get a Pearl clear coat on it...Makes it look PIMP when lites hit it. i got blue pearl to match the interior...when i get pics uploaded ill show it off, but i been saying that since i painted it...

if you do get that fade, make sure he can do it goo...ive seen people get that done, but it dont look too good...
