Motor swap info needed

The donor motor that came with my car is from a '90 and there are differences, so what I'm needing to know is, what changed need to be made to make the newer motor work in my older car?

Thanks! I do, however, have some work ahead of me, since both motors were apart at the time of purchase, I have no idea what parts are what!

Be sure to download a copy of the Factory Service Manual, it will make the job much easyer.
