Is there really a differnce in s4 and s5 irons...........I cant see any difference.

The port size is the same........are S5 thicker around the oil filler or something? Just wondering cuz I recentley blew a S4 around the dowel pin on the rear.
The primary port (on the combustion chamber side) is smaller on a Kouki - it opens 10-degrees later, but that really doesn't matter if you're going to port the housings.

The Kouki side housings have significantly larger ports (on the manifold side) it's like 1/8" wider.

The Kouki stat gears are hardened, so that's a big plus for strength.
