At mazda trix, the p/d and the injection seal parts all come to $131.42, not including shipping. I think I'll just go with them.

The gasket is $3.13.

any idea how much 1-day shipping is? mazdatrix says it will be expensive, no matter how small it is. But what is expensive? $20? $50? any ideas?

ok, mazdatrix called me, and the guy (Henry) told me that I don't need any injector pieces, because to change the pulsation damper, I don't need to remove any fuel injectors

what say you, wise rotorheads?

oh, and $27-28 shipping, Henry says

he is right you dont have to remove the injectors/fuel rails from the car/manifold. basically you take off the upper intake to give you room to put a wrench on the pulsation damper. on the gsl-se you can put a wrench on the pd without pulling the intake

you can use an S5 on a S4, it replaces the complete fuel rail. The design is LESS prone to leakage problems. I can next day it too you for 160 total.

what about the gasket, and will I still need to get the injection parts? I've already put in the order, but I guess I can cancel it, if they let me
