Mop Oil Nozzle Question

In addition to the MOP oil lines going to these nozzles, there are what appear to be vacuum hoses as well. I can not find a routing diagram for these lines in the FSM. Why are they there and what do they do???

they are there for a reason, i'm not really clear on the how it works but it ends up putting a slight pressure/vacuum on the top of the injector. it does this to even out the oil flow
