This may end up getting moved but I figured I'd give it a shot, Has any of you used the Monza/pacesetter cat back exhaust? Its only $260 from jcwhitney and i think summit has them too. Just wondering cause I don't like the look of 4" tips, but i think a cat back exhaust is needed because of larger diameter pipes and mandrel bends. My car is an 88 Turbo II by the way.

Yes, agreed. It's probably not much better than the stock exhaust.

I had one a long time ago on my first rx7... complete piece of ****, all the flanges and welds were rusted almost through in one year.

If you want a cheap dual stock looking system, get the dynomax from Summit for $289... will last longer and sounds pretty good.

Pacesetter has a bad reputation, their headers crack and their exhausts rust out.. So just save a lil more and get a bonez setup or an RB setup

Apex is right with the rx7.com exhaust. It is good quality and inexpensive.
