I'm running rich all over the place...haha. I still have to put the US spec cooling block back on because the Jspec one doesn't have a few plugs that I need. I'm pretty sure that is why I'm running so rich.

wow dont feel so bad about my 20mpg on the highway with my huge exhaust leak.... am loosing almost 8mpg on the highway with this exhaust loose though....

I actually was getting 28mpg on the highway averaging between 65-70mph. but thats like 2200 2300 give or take thats why. lol this is in my stang...

Funny thing is my 5.0 gets better gas mileage than my 2.3 my averages around 15-18mpg but its an auto and runs close to 3 grand at 65mph

I had a V-8 Thunderbird back in the day, it was a 1985 with a 302 in it, fuel injected, I followed a friend in his 1987 Grand National to Carlisle for a big car show ( and no I wasnt drafting ), and he burned 6 more gallons of gas round trip then I did, I believe we both went with a full tank and refilled when we got back.

I get about 20 when my downpipe gasket was in. But I blew the damn thing again. Now I get like 17. I have to fix that downpipe one day.

wow....I'm getting very terrible gas mileage.... but I'm also running very rich... if my sorry *** pos toshiba laptop wouldn't shut keep shutting off on me while using the haltech program (getting MORE warranty work done soon) then I'd be getting better gas mileage... but when i try to sit there and play with it the laptop shuts off, and I get frustrated.... so I'm having a little trouble mastering the haltech program

I'd fix the laptop myself, but while under warranty I won't void it, just let them pay for it and do the slave work, what do I care?

I'm getting between 10-12 mpg when shifting around 4 grand.......which isn't very often

I think your speedometer might be off, or you should send Mazda your car to be in some sort of museam, lol. Maybe we should put fuel economy in the FAQ section since it seems like this topic pops up every few weeks or so. By the way- I get a consitant 20MPG, every time I do some good highway driving, I get stuck in some **** "stop and go for a hour" traffic that ruins my fuel economy, and thats with the A/C on some times as well
