Mbc Installation
#1
ok guys,
just got my turboxs MBC and can't quite figure out how to install it. I know where it needs to go in between the wastegate actuator and the turbo, but where are these located? also I heard the S5 has a stock EBC that you have to disable. where is this located? a good writeup I think is in order because I couldn't find one anywhere. Thank you for all of you help.

to disable the stock one. just pull the lines off the nipples on the turbo and wastegate.
these nipples will be used to hook the new one up too.
you'll probably need to remove the airpump and stock TID to get enough room to work.
once those are off the turbo and wastegate nipples should be easy to spot out.
is it a ball and spring type, or bleed type? the hookup is quite different.

Thanks for the info.
I'm not sure what type it is. It is the TurboXS standard boost controller. I bought it off of rx7.com. I think I found the vac line to hook up my boost guage also..YEAHHHHHH! anyways, thanks a lot.
