Loud Pop, Pulseing Idle

it only pulse's at idle, doesnt seem to stop, if i put my foot on the gas it's steady.. it steady's itself at 1,100 sometime's but not for long, and there isnt any loss of power or anything, and i havent upgraded anything or molested the car, at all
