I need some help, im trying to put back together my 88 T2, i have no skills with this thing at all, so if you reply, post like its for a 3 year old who is color blind and bi-polar.

I need to find where the (1) line goes from the oil injector splitter. I know where the other (4) go. I was able to figure that out on my own, i was quite proud.

I have read the emissions removal writeups, lol, to no help, i have a haynes manual, and the factory service manual, both are worthless for what im doing.

Originally i was pulling the LIM to replace it, and the turbo gasket, well that has proven to be too difficult, i cant get my dp off nicely, so i am going to take it somewhere once its running.

Its pretty much a wreck right now, no UIM, No TB, no vac lines, i didnt bother to label anything. Everything is blocked off with k2rd plates, but i dont know what vac lines i can remove and so on. So if anyone has a really good writeup, prefferably with pictures...i do well with pictures, manuals suck.

What have you blocked off? Since you have a digital camera, take a lot of close up shots from ontop of your motor. I'll point out what goes where..

Now would be a good time to do premix. Have you considered this option? It would get rid of all that oil injection crap.

As far as the fuel lines go, now you have to run the lines directly to the fuel rails. The one that comes from the fuel filter goes to the primary rail( rail directly ontop of the motor) and the return line goes to the secondary rail(rail ontop of the lim).

Any other vacuum ports that are open on the throttle body or intake manifolds just cap off.

Since there are like 2 fuel lines, do i run the left one to the primary, or how am i going to do this, also some fuel line that is a hardline perhaps it was for oil mixing?

If by pre-mix you mean, add some oil at every gas fill up, i suppose that would be plausable. Since i bought new oil injector splitter and oil injectors id prefer to use em...heh..lets see what else did i need to know...hmm.......bah, i snapped more pics to post...aswell

I can't see where the lines are coming from in the picture, or else I could tell you. But all you have to do is trace where they come from, the feed line comes from a little black canister, and the return line just goes to a metal hard line on the firewall.

When I say premix I mean blocking off the oil metering pump, and the oil injectors, and dumping premix in the gas tank.
