They sent mr the 86-88 FC block of plate combo. But it has a bunch of screws and an allen wrench. What am i supposed to do with these? like the egr has 1 screw and one nut what am I supposed to do with the nut?

IT also has the ACV block off plate, when I put that on I should have the cat off right? cause if I do im just going to hollow it out for now till I get my exhaust engine back.

13B/13BT ACV<<<<<<<<<<<<< Going to use

13B/13BT EGR (86-88 Only) <<<< Going To use

13B/13BT BAC <<<<<<<<<<<<< Not Going To use

You pull the existing studs out..and use the supplied bolts (don't have to though). I'd use some rtv on the plates too.

If your blocking your ACV..then you shouldn't have cats at all. You can either pull the studs out of the LIM and replace it using the screws, or you can do what I did and go out and by a larger spacer and tightened it down with the existing nuts(my ACV blockoff plate didnt come w/ any new screws, so i had to improvise)....

The split-air pipe goes from the airpump to the main cat i believe, I'm not sure where the blockoffplate goes though...maybe its used when you pull the air pump and you can block the hole in the main cat with that plate, who knows...lol.

vice grips. pliers... whatever... your call.

get two bolts.

thread them onto the shaft, lock one of the bolts agaist the other bolt and take your open end spanner and undo the back bolt. the front bolt will prevent the back bolt from moving.

Yes. Use two nuts tightened against each other to pull the studs. Its easy. Once you have the nuts tight together, its just like backing out a bolt.

The split-air pipe on my T2 is attached to the block, just aft of the ACV. If your car has the OE cats on it now, just follow the air pipe from the main cat back to the engine.
