yes you need an na clutch, as far as the fly wheel goes i was mistaken,,,,,,,,, the first gen clutches and flywheels are a smaller dia, the t2 and second gen flywheels are the same dia, the bell housing on the t2 trannies mount the starter in a differnt position and as far as i am aware the na starter does not fit a t2 bell housing and visa-versa. but there is however a big differance in imput shaft splines on the t2 to na trannies so ya you need an na clutch.

The N/A flywheel is smaller in diameter than the T2.

A six puck isn't going to help the longevity of your drivetrain either. Plus most of them suck for a daily.

i run a solid hub no spring 6 puck clutch with a ACT extream pp and love it, and think there is no problem with street driving, to me its just like every other clutch i ran in the car. though every now and then when starting from a stop there is an odd noise kinda like the ones you hear on a dirt track late modle racer, you know the whhhhhhoooooooop sound. anyways you know the noise if you go to a dirt oval race.
