well yesterday i removed the blown jspec, drove it to newark, picked up the new one, stripped the new one, installed the new one, bolted it down. as of 3am this morning all that is left is to connect the wiring harness and put on the UIM etc. should only take another 2 hours or so

a non blown coolant seal will be a plus. this engine looks alot healthier. i believe the other engine had half of it rebuilt at one time...

Let's hope this one rolls! Don't they claim to have pre-tested all the j-specs?

Best of luck to ya. Did you get the new motor for free? Or did they not have a warranty of such? Good luck, I guess it takes a little more abuse for Vosko to learn a lesson, lol....
