But don't the MAF on the 86-88 have to be level to work properly?

Otherwise that looks very nice.

thats what i was thinking too but it works. my car is a 88 gxl and once the rpms are past 4500 it pulls a lil harder than it used too. does anyone know if i can use a 89-91 maf (mass airflow sensor)? i had to make my own adapter plate to use the cone filter and i really dont want to pay 25 bucks for the one at k2rd.com.thanks for the replies.later

Why would you want a 89-91 AFM?? I thought the 89-91's were worse. My friend told me you can tweak something on 87-88 AFM's. He said 89-91 AFM's sucked. Anyone know if this is true or is he just lying?

From what I've heard the S5 is better than the S4.
