I was thinking about bringing my welder with me to CA, but I may wind up shipping it if I REALLY need it.

for something that you gain so little hp why bother making custom piping and spending $$$$. get a $20 cone filter and be done and have time and $$$ to concentrate on more important things. people spend like $500+ for intakes for FD's!!!!!!!!!!! its insane. rather than buy a $500 intake you can get a freaking FMIC for $999 !!!! just seems very stupid to me the TID gives you more boost and eliminates vacuum leaks that is very sound thing to do
******* a- right, why bother I say. I guess if you molest the car enough, you might gain 15 horsepower or so, then if you remove everything from the car that makes it drive nicely, makes it confortable inside, you might lose about 100 pounds, after all that the car will fly for sure! I say best mods for the money: change gear ratios, going to a 4.30 ratio will FEEL like you added 50 horsepower or so, or like Vosco said- a FMIC. And on a TII- exaust.
I should get some 4.3's, but I need a spare rear to work on.
i had one. speaking of which. i need to pickup my money for it!
Repo it from the guy, I have the money, give it to me!
Keep your 3.9. You'll have a higher top speed.
I need all the acceleration I can get, screw the top end.

Red face

nah its for a 92-95 honda civic/del sol/integra, i just hacked about 4 inches off the end of it so it would fit and use a 3 inch wide piece of the old intake(the smooth part inside not the rippled part) and bolted it on, i think its a lot nicer than the stock pipe,i know it helps too, and there isnt any nasty honda canny noise some people dont like (i like the canny noise though) but it works.later

its called the alan parsens project......mu ha ha ha ha ha haha
